What format will I receive my animation in?
You will receive your animation in .MP4 (H.264 codec) for solid background intros. If you order the transparent logo add-on or the Premium package, you will also receive a .MOV (ProRes or Animation codec) with an alpha channel for transparency.
Can you animate my logo even if it’s not in vector format?
For the Basic and Standard packages, a vector file is not necessary but recommended. However, for the Premium package, it is a must. This ensures a high-quality custom animation that perfectly matches your brand identity.
Can I request specific colors or style references?
Absolutely! You can send brand guidelines or a short brief to ensure the animation fits your visual identity perfectly.
What if I need it faster?
You can order the Extra Fast Delivery option for a quicker turnaround time.
Can I get my animation in a higher frame rate (30 or 60 fps)?
Of course! All animations are delivered at 24 fps by default (cinematic look), but you can request 30 fps at no extra cost. If you prefer 60 fps for a smoother look, you can select it as an Extra Option when placing your order.
