❓ Can you migrate my store from any platform?
Yes — we support migrations from WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce, Magento, Squarespace, and others. If you’re unsure, send us a message before ordering.
❓ Will my store stay live during the migration?
Yes, your current store remains live until the Shopify site is fully set up and ready to go live. We ensure a smooth transition with no downtime.
❓ Will all my customer and order data be migrated?
Yes, customer and order data are included in all packages (when supported by your current platform). For older platforms or custom solutions, we may need API access or manual export.
❓ Can you migrate my current theme or design as well?
Most themes from other platforms aren’t compatible with Shopify, but we’ll match your layout, branding, and functionality as closely as possible — or redesign it completely if requested.
❓ Is SEO affected during migration?
Only with poor handling — which we avoid. In our Premium package, we include basic SEO setup (redirects, meta data migration, etc.) to preserve or improve your rankings. If you are interested in more please check our Gig Extras
❓ What happens if I need additional services like redesign or apps?
