As Assistant Professor of Mathematics in the School of Science at UMT, I teach a broad range of undergraduate and graduate courses, including Pre-Calculus, Calculus I & II, Linear Algebra, Probability & Statistics, Numerical Analysis, Differential Equations, and Operations Research/Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). My research centers on Multi-Criteria Decision Making, fuzzy set theory, soft sets, plithogenic sets, and hybrid uncertainty models, with applications extending into numerical optimization, control theory, and AI-driven decision-support systems; this work has been published in Q1 journals such as Alexandria Engineering Journal, Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Symmetry, and Asian Journal of Control. I have supervised one completed PhD thesis, thirteen completed MS theses, and three industry co-op placements, and am currently supervising one PhD and two MS students. Beyond teaching and research, I have taken on departmental leadership roles, including serving as group leader for the School's admissions faculty training initiative (coordinating four departmental focal persons on scholarship, sports, admissions, and outreach strategy) and moderating the School's virtual open house for prospective students.
