Informazioni su questo servizio
Present your property with a responsive real estate website from Verixa Studios, built for builders, architects and development teams.
We organize your supplied images, floor plans and approved copy into a clear story, with galleries, mobile navigation and calls to action.
Choose your scope:
- USD 1200: 1 property landing page, up to 6 sections and a gallery
- USD 1850: Basic plus 1 supplied 360 tour embed and floor-plan tabs
- USD 2950: up to 3 property pages, a shared gallery and up to 3 supplied tour embeds
All packages include one language, up to 20 supplied stills per property, page titles and descriptions, website code and handover notes.
Workflow: agree page structure and visual direction, review the working page, refine the supplied content, then check desktop and mobile layouts before handover. Revisions follow the selected package.
Our Maplecrest website sample demonstrates the presentation style. New renderings, tour creation, model viewers, animation, forms, payments, hosting and deployment are excluded. Domain and third-party costs remain with the buyer.
Send your property brief, approved content and style references through Fiverr before ordering.

I operate an architectural visualization studio specializing in property presentations for builders, architects, and developers. I create interior and exterior imagery, immersive 360-degree tours, and interactive 3D models to communicate spatial layouts and design concepts.
I'm a software engineer who has more than 8 years of experience in this work. I have only done work with US and Canada clients, and are now opening the doors worldwide.

FAQ
Are renderings and the tour created in this price?
No. This website service uses your supplied content. New rendering and tour creation are separate services.
What will I receive?
The responsive website project and handover instructions. Hosting, deployment, domains, forms and payment systems are not part of these packages.
What is included in each property page?
One language, up to 20 supplied stills, approved project copy, responsive navigation and page metadata. Basic includes up to six sections. Standard adds one supplied tour embed and floor-plan tabs. Premium covers up to three property pages.
What counts as a revision?
A revision round refines the approved layout, styling or supplied content. A new visual direction, extra page or new interactive feature is a scope change. Send complete approved content before development begins.
