The engineering team took longer than expected, exceeded the agreed budget, and ultimately failed to deliver as promised. Despite their shortcomings, they refused to issue a refund. Additionally, they pressured me to make payments via PayPal, which would have left me vulnerable and potentially caused me to lose all my money without any recourse.
