the report doesnt show that 20,000 of my contacts got delivered. it only shows 4,000 got delivered. i still didnt recieve a follow up on how many have opened the email. i need updates! where is it?

I contracted for 50,000 emails and included three of my own addresses in the list; two went to spam, and one never arrived. I didn't get any results from the campaign, but we agreed to pay half the fee for the effort put in.
