I have worked in professional kitchens for over 15 years, having decided to hang up my apron for health reasons, my love for food has not changed. I love creating recipes, for all different cuisines, as well as fusion foods. As I have worked (and owned) in professional kitchens, I can also cost these recipes and aim to work on having (where possible) 0 food waste. Or as close to as I can get.

I had a great experience working with Eat More! The recipe he created for me was exactly what I was looking for—clear, easy to follow, and professionally written. He really took the time to understand what I needed and delivered something fantastic. I’ll definitely be coming back for more in the future. Highly recommend!
