I’m a hardware product designer covering both the mechanical and electronics side of a product. I design custom enclosures for PCBs and IoT devices, medical device CAD models, photorealistic 3D renders for Amazon and Shopify, and 2D manufacturing drawings with GD&T.
Because I design PCBs too, your enclosure fits first time: cutouts, battery space, RF windows, and tolerances are checked before you print or machine.

FAQ
Can you design around my exact PCB?
Yes. Send your PCB STEP file, or the board size, mounting holes and connector positions. I design the case around the real board so ports, buttons and LEDs line up.
I don’t have a STEP file. Can you still help?
Yes. Send a dimensioned drawing, clear photos with a ruler, or your Gerber/KiCad/Altium files. I can usually rebuild the board outline and connector positions from those.
: Which files will I receive?
STEP and STL files on all packages that include them (see package details). Premium also includes a 2D drawing and a render. Native source files are available as an extra.
Is the enclosure ready to 3D print or machine?
Yes. I design for your chosen method (FDM, SLA, CNC or molding) with sensible wall thickness, fillets and tolerances. Tell me the process and material when you order.
Can you add a battery, antenna or RF window?
Yes, on the Premium package. I plan battery space, thermal isolation and antenna keep-out zones so the case does not block your wireless signal.
