You might be wondering, WHAT IS A CREATIVE VA? Well, it's a bit different than your typical admin VA - and while I appreciate a good spreadsheet, I'm here to help you with some of the creative (yet time-consuming) tasks that go into promoting your business or blog. A marriage between a digital marketing assistant and content creator, if you will.
I aim to provide support to professionals in the health and wellbeing space looking to optimize their workflow and content.
What I can help with:
- Blog support: proofing/editing, posting, SEO formatting.
- Social media support: content creation, scheduling, caption writing, and hashtag research (not available for daily engagement)
- Podcast assistance: show notes, cover art, or repurposing into blogs and captions
- Creating graphic content in Canva
- Content writing for your website
- Product descriptions
- Writing and setting up email newsletters and automation.

Do you take on long term clients?
I do, however I can only take on a limited number at a time and may not always be available to take on new ones
How does working with you work?
We'll discuss your needs through DM first then, if we agree to work together, I will send a custom order offer. With potential long term clients, we'll do a short order to start and make sure we're a good fit first and then decide on weekly hours from there. With every order I submit a timer report.
Do you do monthly contracts?
I work exclusively on a week by week basis
Are you available to hop on a zoom or call to discuss the job?
I prefer to iron out all details in writing.
Do you provide admin services such as bookkeeping, invoicing, data entry, calendar management, email correspondence, folder organization etc?
I don't provide admin services of this kind
Can you research and build a list of contacts for me?
I opt out of offering lead generation or contact research from my services
Can you make cold calls/phone calls?
I don't include calls as part of my services
Can you assist with Facebook related tasks?
Unfortunately, due to the login nature of Facebook, I can't help with managing business pages, groups, or posting through their scheduler. I can help with creating content and scheduling through a third-party app.
