Welcome to Editable Design,

After 20+ years in the Hospitality industry we have found there are many companies who are lacking training manuals or any training processes. However, training is an extremely import part to making sure your employees and managers are knowledgeable in their position, creating a positive work environment, and lowering your turnover rate! We have assisted many companies (country clubs, resorts, restaurants, etc.) in creating a training program that works best for them and we want to continue helping those companies who are lacking this integral part of their hiring process.

Creating a custom training manual takes quite a bit of communication between you and I, so we will work together around your schedule sending drafts for your review **this is why I include unlimited revisions**.

Now let me tell you about the different sections I offer:

I offer sections for Orientation, Manager, Server, Bar, Busser, Expo, Host Training, etc. Each position's training program includes a training agenda, daily training checklists, responsibilities, standards, etc.
