I create custom RPG character backstories, biography sheets, and roleplay dossiers tailored to your chosen setting, tone, and system. My aim is not just to give you a few paragraphs of generic history, but to build a character who feels believable, playable, and rooted in the world they come from.
I can write characters for grimdark fantasy, high fantasy, cosmic horror, 1920s investigative horror, space opera, hard sci-fi, cyberpunk fantasy, and other roleplay styles.
Your character background can include family history, social class, home settlement, childhood events, trauma, allies, rivals, romance, enemies, secrets, keepsakes, goals, fears, flaws, and reasons for leaving home or joining the adventure. I can also create mystery hooks, campaign-ready plot threads, and setting-appropriate personal details that a GM can use in play.
I offer both immersive prose biographies and more structured character background sheets, depending on what you want.

Do you need information from me?
Not necessarily. I can work from very little detail, or I can build around your ideas. If you have notes, I can use them. If not, I can create the full character from scratch.
Can you create a character from scratch?
Yes. I can create a full original character background including history, personality, motivations, and plot hooks suited to your chosen setting and tone.
How much detail do I get?
I create a word document for you: a second-person player story biography and a GM-facing character biography sheet. These usually run to 10–2 pages each and are typically around 4,000 to 7,000 words, depending on the level of detail.
Do you use AI?
Yes. I am dyslexic so I do use AI to polish up my final product and I also include and AI generated character sketch to help you visualise the character.
