Convert your 2D floor plans (DWG, PDF, JPG or scanned sketches) into an accurate, permit-ready Revit BIM model. I model in Revit using BIM best practices so your deliverables are ready for city submission and contractor coordination.

What you get: a clean Revit (.RVT) model, IFC export for consultants, dimensioned permit sheets (PDF/DWG), door & window schedules, room area schedules, and multiple 3D views for review or marketing. I can include basic MEP placeholders or provide full MEP/structural modeling as an extra.

How it works: provide your scaled 2D plans (DWG/PDF), floor-to-floor heights, and site plan (if available). I will model the architecture, prepare permit sheets, and deliver files ready for submission or handoff. Revisions are included per package so we can quickly finalize the set.
