As an experienced Operations Manager and Content Head, I develop, maintain, and enhance digital platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and implementing innovative software solutions for our digital marketing initiatives. With a strong background in digital marketing and expertise in various digital development tools and project management software, I effectively manage multiple projects and drive operational excellence. I oversee the day-to-day operations of the Digital & Social Media team, set deadlines, distribute tasks, and ensure all projects are delivered on time. I also liaise with Accounts, Art, Production, and Content teams to ensure clear communication and smooth operations. My role involves evaluating, hiring, and managing team members, maintaining operational processes, optimizing systems for peak performance, and providing daily updates to upper management. Additionally, I develop systems for content creation, oversee writers and editors to ensure content meets client briefs, and draft and implement content strategies and style guides. I assist account management in securing new accounts, develop and implement creative direction using various advertising tools, and attend technical meetings with clients as needed. My responsibilities also include creating reports for team evaluations and social media performance, managing and developing the overall content of the agency, including strategy, presentations, portfolio, and website enhancements, and initiating new content techniques. With my dedication to operational excellence and content innovation, I lead our digital and content operations to new heights, ensuring the highest level of service and expertise in every project.
