Cos'è il primo incontro?
Durante il primo incontro di 30 minuti discuteremo dei tuoi obiettivi e delle tue aspettative, valuteremo se possiamo lavorare insieme e concorderemo il processo di coaching.
Come comunicheremo?
Le sessioni di coaching si svolgeranno tramite videochiamate Zoom.
Che studi hai fatto?
Ho conseguito un MBA in IT presso la Riga Business School, una laurea triennale in psicologia aziendale presso la RISEBA University e un certificato di Life Coach presso la Riga Coaching School.

I have been able to open up, share, work on my traumas, fears and challenges, and learn tools from her that have been so helpful in my journey. I’m booking more sessions because I love the tools she uses and I want to continue working with her as my life coach
