What is coaching?
Coaching with me is a safe space for you to have self-awareness-led change and growth, and move towards your goals.
What is initial meeting?
During the initial 30-min meeting we discuss your goals and expectations and see if we fit to work together, and agree on the coaching process.
How will we communicate?
Coaching sessions will happen via Zoom video calls.
What is your education?
I hold an MBA in IT from Riga Business School, a BBA in Business Psychology from RISEBA University, and a Life Coach Certificate from Riga Coaching School.
What is your experience
I have supported over 300 coaching clients from 33 countries. Before creating my own business, I held leadership roles in B2B marketing and CRM.
