Started my career in the early 2000s after moving to Tiruppur, the knitwear hub of India, with a strong passion for creative and artistic work. I became highly attracted to the colorful world of embroidery designs and computer-based embroidery technology, which inspired me to build my career in embroidery digitizing. I began my journey as an Embroidery Digitizer in my first company. At that time, the company did not have computer facilities, so I initially worked on computerized multihead embroidery machines, where I gained deep practical knowledge about allover embroidery designs, machine operations, fabric behavior, thread handling, and production quality. Driven by strong personal interest, I joined the second batch of students at “Unity Overseas” training center and practiced embroidery digitizing daily. I also independently studied the complete Wilcom manual thoroughly, which helped me quickly develop advanced technical knowledge in stitch types, density control, underlay, sequencing, and production-friendly digitizing techniques. Within a short period, I became capable of working faster and more efficiently than many experienced digitizers due to my passion, continuous learning, and attention to detail. Later, I gained valuable professional experience with the reputed digitizing company “Sigma Designs,” working on high-standard embroidery projects and commercial production requirements. After several years of industry experience, I established my own embroidery digitizing center, “Needleaart Designs,” providing customized and production-ready embroidery digitizing services. I later expanded into freelancing and started serving clients worldwide. Today, I have more than 24 years of professional experience in embroidery digitizing, successfully delivering thousands of high-quality embroidery designs for global clients with a strong focus on precision, stitch quality, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
