Foam is placed under the stitching so letters and shapes stand raised off the cap. It needs special digitizing — taller, wider satin stitches — which I plan by hand.
Which caps does it work on?
Structured caps give the cleanest puff. Tell me your cap type (structured/unstructured) and I'll set the file up accordingly.
Which formats do you deliver?

Can you convert my flat logo to 3D puff?
Often yes, but very thin lines and tiny text don't puff well. Send the artwork and I'll tell you honestly what will work.
