La mia analisi includerà:
1. Guarderò le registrazioni con un numero diverso di clic, rage clicks, U turn, da vari dispositivi e browser per assicurarmi di coprire tutti i gruppi di visitatori.
2. In base a ciò creerò una lista di tutti i problemi UX / UI che trovo nelle registrazioni, includendo la mia descrizione, uno screenshot e un link a una registrazione rilevante.
3. Tutti i problemi saranno anche commentati nel tuo account Hotjar, così potrai vederli come highlight e comunicarli ulteriormente al tuo team.
4. Aggiungerò una lista di registrazioni consigliate da guardare con i problemi più critici.
5. Evidenziazioni heatmap, basate su attività di scroll, tap e clic. Inoltre, alcune registrazioni potrebbero mostrare che gli utenti non prestano attenzione a un pulsante specifico. In questo caso, controllerò tramite heatmap dei clic.
6. Lista di tutte le raccomandazioni di marketing e UX che svilupperò durante l'analisi.
