i redraw maps and artwork as clean vector files. street maps, city maps, resort maps, property maps, location maps, plat and floor plan graphics, and screenshots or sketches that need to be rebuilt properly.
i work by hand in illustrator. i don't auto trace. every path is built, every layer is named, and the file opens clean for your printer, sign maker or web developer.
i work best with clear references and a defined use: web, print guide, signage or marketing. send me your reference and where it will be used, and i tell you the scope and price before you order.

Do you use auto trace?
No. i build every path by hand in illustrator. i use your image as a guide only. you get clean paths, named layers and no embedded raster. you can open the file and check it. the source file ships with every order
Why message first?
Maps vary a lot. a 6 point location map and a 40 point resort map are different jobs. message me your reference and use case. i confirm points, style, size and price in one reply, then you order the right tier
What do you need to start?
A reference: screenshot, plat, floor plan, old file or sketch. a list of points to label. brand colors and fonts if you have them. the size and place it will be used. no reference, send the address and i work from public map data
Can it match my brand?
Yes. send your hex codes, fonts and logo. i build the palette and type into the map so it looks like it came from your brand. no codes? i pick a restrained palette and show you before i finish. the first preview comes before final files.
What files do I get?
AI source with named layers, SVG, print ready PDF and transparent PNG. text stays live in the AI file and outlined in the PDF. need CMYK with bleed for a printer? add the print file extra. send the printer’s specs and i match them.
Will it read on a phone and in print?
Yes. i design for the smallest place it will show. labels get size and spacing that hold on a phone screen, a printed guide or a sign. if one map must serve all three, i check it at each size before delivery.
Do you keep distances accurate?
I keep the real layout: road order, building positions and relative distances from your reference. i simplify the shapes, not the geography. drive times and distances come from you. i label them, i don’t invent them.
What is not included?
Photo retouching, 3D rendering, GIS analysis, web embedding and interactive maps. i deliver the map file. your developer or site builder places it. need an extra point or a second size? you can message me
How do revisions work?
Each tier includes set revisions. a revision is a change to labels, colors, layout or details inside the agreed scope. a new style or a new area is a new order. you see a preview before final files, so most fixes happen early.
