Email content was well written and the automation structure was mostly correct. A few setup details needed attention after delivery — one sequence had steps in the wrong order and the workflows weren't activated. Good creative work, just needed a final QA pass before marking complete.

Excellent work overall — the domain transfer and setup were handled professionally and everything worked as expected in the end. Communication was good and the technical execution was excellent. I'm sorry but I have to give the lowest rating possible. She didn't take pictures or understand what my setup was before making changes. The changes that were made screwed up and took down my website and email. It cost me hundreds to find a friends IT guy to fix all my problems and what made it worse... Mostra di più
