I have over 21 years of experience in aerospace and defense CNC machining and programming, working in AS9100 and ISO 9001 certified machine shops producing high-precision components. My experience includes CNC programming, machining process development, troubleshooting machining issues, tooling selection, fixture design, and feeds and speeds optimization across a wide range of aerospace materials including aluminum, stainless steels, titanium, Inconel, copper alloys, and hardened steels. I have also served as a Quality Manager, where I was responsible for maintaining compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards, overseeing quality systems, inspection processes, and ensuring parts met strict aerospace and defense requirements. Currently, I work in CNC machining quoting and cost estimation, evaluating complex aerospace parts for manufacturability, cycle time estimation, tooling strategy, and production planning.
