Hi, I'm Alex, an IT systems technician based in Ancona, Italy. I worked 2 years in technical assistance and 2 years in system administration at Productech (Kyiv), and I'm completing a 500-hour "Sistemista informatico" course (Confindustria Ancona) with an IT internship doing network support and building internal tools with AI-assisted coding.
