Built something practical with n8n that I’m genuinely excited about. I designed a full AI voice workflow that acts like a real receptionist—handling availability checks, bookings, and even logging conversations automatically. Here’s what’s happening behind the scenes: • Incoming call → processed via webhook • AI understands intent (availability, booking, or general inquiry) • Checks Google Calendar for free slots • Books appointments in real time • Logs interactions into Google Sheets • Sends back a smart, automated response All orchestrated inside one n8n workflow. What I find interesting is how this goes beyond “automation” into decision-making systems. It’s not just executing tasks—it’s interpreting inputs, routing logic, and completing actions end-to-end without human intervention. Still optimizing things like latency and edge cases, but this is a strong step toward scalable AI-powered operations.
