FAQ
What spatial data formats do you accept?
I accept GeoJSON, Shapefiles, CSV/Excel with coordinates, and KML files. If you need basic open-source data sourced (like census data or boundaries), please message me before ordering to confirm availability.
Do I need my own server or paid web hosting?
No. I can deploy your map to a free, high-speed live URL via GitHub Pages or Netlify, or provide self-contained files (.html, .css, .js) to upload to your own server.
Can map visitors filter data or switch between different layers?
Yes! Advanced and Premium tiers include custom layer toggle panels, basemap switchers (e.g., satellite vs. dark canvas), and dynamic attribute filtering.
Can I embed the map onto my website?
Yes! Standard and Premium orders include a ready-to-use HTML <iframe> snippet. Just paste it into WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify.
