We will be your Professional Virtual Moderator for Virtual Meetings, Webinars, Sales Investor Pitches, Trainings, and Presentations on digital platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, etc.

What if there is an emergency and I need to reschedule?
Life happens, you can reschedule the call.
Using YOUR virtual platform
Gig assumes using YOUR platform. Other than issues with some platforms, I can work on the most popular platforms (webEx, Teams, Google Meets, Zoom, goto webinar), but we use your account. We'll log on EARLY to be sure all the tech is working. This is also the purpose of the initial planning meeting.
What do you/don't you include?
I need a script or agenda. A list of participants that I need to address, or "manage". I manage the event FOR you!! --- Creation of documents, graphics, PowerPoint slide decks, etc. is all on the buyer. I can assist with all this, but not part of this gig. I'll have more
About Cancellations (Time spent, etc)
When I'm scheduled to moderate Zoom, etc, understand I block that time (and time around that) for you and you only. So if you cancel your meeting or move it to a different date, without 24hr notice, I'm not earning during the time that I'd carved out for you. You will be charged for the order.
