I handle project pricing using RSMeans, which is widely used across the industry. However, many clients also prefer to apply their own pricing structures. Since RSMeans is updated quarterly, it may not always reflect the most current market conditions. Because I work on a high volume of projects, I’ve developed my own pricing database, which I update weekly. This allows me to provide more accurate, efficient, and realistic pricing based on the latest market trends and real project data.
