Senior Contracts & Claims Engineer on a multi-billion riyal Tier-1 gigaproject in Riyadh, handling the full contracts and claims function on the Main Works package under FIDIC-based conditions. My core work is Extension of Time and prolongation cost claims building each delay event from the ground up: entitlement, notices, mitigation, cause and effect, and time impact analysis under the SCL Protocol. I draft the formal submissions, the rebuttals to the Engineer's letters, and the disputes registers, and I run the Variation and EOT strategy across the project's assets. Day to day, it's contract administration in a live, contested environment and protecting the Contractor's position through every notice, letter, and determination.
