Yes — that's what the Emergency package is for. Message me with your URL first so I can confirm I can fix it before you order.
Will you break something else while fixing?
No. I take a full backup before any changes and work on staging where possible. If a fix doesn't hold, unlimited revisions are included.
What access do you need?
Usually WordPress admin, and hosting/cPanel or FTP for deeper issues. Share credentials only through Fiverr's message thread after ordering — never in the order form.
What if you can't fix it?
I'll tell you before you order. If I take the job and can't solve it, you get a full refund. I'd rather turn down work than waste your money.
Do you fix hacked or malware-infected sites?
Yes, under the Emergency package — cleanup, restoration, and hardening so it doesn't recur.
Can you fix a site another developer built?
Almost all of my fix work is inherited code. I don't need the original developer's involvement.
