What information do I need to provide before you start?
Please share your room dimensions (length x width x height), photos of the current space, your preferred style (modern, minimalist, Japandi, etc.), budget range, and any reference images you like. The more details you provide, the better the result.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive high-resolution JPG/PNG renders and a PDF presentation. Source files (SketchUp/AutoCAD/LAYOUT SKP) are available as an add-on or included in the Premium package.
Can I request revisions if I don't like the design?
Absolutely! Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2 revisions, and Premium includes 3 revisions until you are fully satisfied.
Do you design for spaces outside Indonesia?
Yes! I work with international clients. All communication is in English and deliverables are digital, so location is no barrier.
Can you help with furniture purchasing recommendations?
Yes, a shopping list with furniture and material recommendations is included in the Premium package or available as an add-on for Basic and Standard.
How do we communicate during the project?
All communication happens through Fiverr messages. I respond within 24 hours on business days. For complex projects, I may suggest a brief online consultation.
What if my room is larger than the package limit?
No problem — simply add the "Additional Room" extra when placing your order, or message me first so I can create a custom offer that fits your project.
