1) Core delivery: o End-to-end management of 4-5 projects (at any point in time), from scoping, effort estimation, review, to on time project delivery o Engage in meaningful conversations with clients and manage expectations o Ensure high quality of client deliverables through visually-appealing, insight-driven analysis, supported by grammatically correct business English o Work on a gamut of projects: ▪ Company profiles- business overview, segments analysis, financial analysis, competitive landscape, strategies, SWOT ▪ Market/industry assessment studies- market size and overview, trends, drivers, challenges, competitive landscape, key government regulations/policies, future scenario ▪ Deals landscapes- analysis of M&A trend in any industry, deals scenario by inbound, outbound, domestic deals), deals assessment by major countries, analysis of deals rationales ▪ Benchmarking exercises- Comparative study of KPIs of companies in an industry, in addition to their strategies ▪ Though Leadership reports (TLs)- Research and report writing on a specific topic for external publication and marketing initiatives ▪ Specific theme-based analysis- Research, information synthesis and analysis on any topic of interest 2) Account and team management: o Lead and manage a team of 10 members o Build pipeline of projects for the team and allocate work as per individual skillset of team members o Guide, train, mentor juniors, and review performance on a quarterly and annual basis o Conduct trainings for new joiners across the wider team, on C&R database Euromonitor and industry analysis o Carry out business development initiatives, conduct showcases with Partners and Leaders to apprise them of the team’s capabilities o Drive the team’s operations including maintaining utilisation, project codes creation, weekly onshore timesheet compilation, monthly MIS and reporting to the team’s sponsor Partner
