Worked on MembershipIntegrity.com, a membership and digital platform project involving website development, third-party API integration, DNS configuration, Cloudflare management, media playlist integration, and technical troubleshooting. My role involved working through technical challenges across different parts of the platform and helping connect the website and external services into a functional workflow. I worked with API-based data, M3U playlist integration, DNS records, Cloudflare configuration, and platform-related settings to support the project's technical infrastructure. I also worked on the Android application side of the project, including Android Studio development and troubleshooting, APK-related integration, playlist mapping, authentication/token-related workflows, and connecting application functionality with the required server/API services. A major part of the work involved identifying issues between different systems, testing configurations, reviewing API responses and integrations, and troubleshooting problems that affected how data and services moved between the website, external providers, and application environment. This project strengthened my experience in web platform development, API integration, server-side troubleshooting, DNS and Cloudflare configuration, application integration, and solving complex technical issues across multiple connected systems. I focus on understanding the root cause of technical problems rather than applying temporary fixes, then implementing and testing practical solutions to create a more stable and connected digital platform.

Worked with House of Maryland to support its eCommerce and social commerce presence, with a focus on TikTok Shop setup, product presentation, and TikTok marketing. The project involved helping prepare the brand and its products for social selling by organizing product information, improving product listings, optimizing product presentation, and creating a structure suitable for TikTok Shop and social commerce marketing. I focused on the challenges many eCommerce brands face when moving their products onto TikTok, including properly presenting products, organizing listings, connecting the store with social commerce channels, and creating a stronger path from TikTok content and product discovery to potential sales. My work included TikTok Shop setup support, product listing and optimization, eCommerce marketing, social commerce strategy, product promotion, and TikTok marketing. I also considered how the TikTok Shop could work alongside the brand's existing online store and broader social media presence. The goal was to create a more organized and customer-ready TikTok Shop presence while helping the brand use TikTok as a channel for product discovery, audience engagement, and eCommerce growth. This project strengthened my practical experience in TikTok Shop setup, social commerce, product marketing, eCommerce strategy, product optimization, and using social media platforms to support online sales.
