For 100 USD you will get code for one to two modules interfacing with arduino. In the delivery you will get arduino code, wiring diagram and required libraries. If your requirements are different with complex algorithm development then price varies.
Can you build project and ship to my address
If you are new to Arduino and also do not have enough time to build the project from the hardware and code. I can do this for you. But this can take time in ordering the parts and also shipping time.
My project is not in your listing offers, I need custom price

if you are afraid that you can't do wiring as you have lot of components
Don't worry for that, i can design PCB for your project. you just have to send that file to PCB manufacturer and you will have complete board in your hand with all the sensors on it. you just have to pug in your PC and upload code. You can also mount it on any place you want.
