Yes, where remote access is appropriate and available.
What software do you support?
I support most engineering software including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, ANSYS, CATIA, Revit, and similar tools. Message me your software name before ordering if you're not sure.
How do you connect to my computer?
I use AnyDesk or RustDesk for secure remote sessions. You stay in control the whole time and can end the session whenever you want
Is my data safe during the session?
Yes. I only access what's needed to complete the installation or fix, and I don't view, copy, or store any personal files.
Do I need admin access on my computer?
Yes, admin rights are usually required to install or modify software. Please make sure you have them before we start

What if the issue isn't fixed in one session?
If we can't resolve it in the first session, I'll let you know honestly and we can discuss next steps — extra time, a refund, or escalation depending on the issue.
How long does a session take?
It depend on the software size or other error
