This freelancer has good editing skills and can not only edit but add in elements to a short that flow well with the outline you give them. I had to put in a revision to ask for subtitles to be altered because I am particular about that; my source audio being mediocre didn't help with that.

Level of editing is good, tho they wouldve asked for clarification on spoken dialogue as there were some miscommunication in the short. For example, the subtitles said "Summer Vacation" rather than "Zombification". I would've asked for a revision but they offered none.
