Led structural design across 6 concurrent high-rise developments (29–55 storeys, combined value PKR 10B+). Mount Khalid — 55-storey tower, 1,650+ apartments (PKR 4.2B), Khalid & Khalid Group. Foundation complete; seismic, shear wall & post-tensioning design coordinated with Strong Force (UAE). Blue World Trade Centre — 29-storey, 500ft tower (PKR 2.3B). Construction ongoing; seismic & shear wall design with Surbana Jurong (Singapore). Blue World Corporate Head Office — Large-scale corporate HQ tower; near completion. A1 & A2 Towers — 45–46 storeys each, multi-billion PKR value; in progress with Surbana Jurong. B5 Tower — 55-storey tower, multi-billion PKR value; in progress with Surbana Jurong. B7 Tower — High-rise development; in progress. Delivered seismic and lateral load design (ASCE 7) and shear wall reinforcement (ACI 318) across all projects. Designed complete foundation systems — raft, pile, and pile cap — fully compliant with ACI,IBC. Modelled all towers in ETABS/SAFE for structural analysis, load combinations, and design verification. Coordinated directly with international consultants (Surbana Jurong, Singapore) and specialist contractors (Strong Force, UAE) throughout design and execution.
