I provide cost estimation and Quantities take off Services for all types of construction, residential and commercial Projects. I also provide Material takeoff for Wood Projects on separate templates. I am claiming high work accuracy and have a strong emphasis on work to be delivered on time. What is a material take off in construction?
Items included in a material takeoff. A material takeoff includes all of the materials necessary to build a project according to the blueprints.
What software do you use material takeoff?
I used BlueBeam & Planswift software for material takeoff.
How much does it cost?
My pricing is based on a per-project basis.. My estimation services are perfect for busy contractors that need an “On-Demand” estimate completed. Most contractors bid only a few projects per month and our pricing tends to be more affordable than hiring a full time in-house estimator.
What is your turn around or delivery time?
I always quote you an estimated timeframe before starting. If you have a rush project needed sooner than, let us know your bid date and we’ll try to accommodate or add a small expedite fee to cover overtime costs with a guaranteed date.
What types of estimates do you do?
I specialize in Commercial, Residential, and Industrial projects. I perform estimates for Remodeling, New Construction, High Rises, Multifamily, Restaurants, Mixed-Use Retail and Residential, Warehouses, and more! I do estimates for General Contractors, Subcontractors, Developers, Architects etc.
