I am currently working part-time with a client (Natalie) as a WordPress Developer, where I am responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining three dynamic mental health service websites. These platforms were built using Elementor, Crocoblock, and custom coding, and are designed to support real-world therapy services with complex user interactions. Key Responsibilities & Features: Developed and maintained multi-role user systems including: Therapists Supervisors Clients (Users) Implemented a complete therapy booking system: Users can book therapy sessions directly from therapist profile pages. Custom booking forms created with JetFormBuilder. Automated email notifications sent to both therapists and users after submission. Built a secure user dashboard system: Therapists and users can log in to their own dashboards. Real-time two-way messaging system between therapist and client. Advanced dynamic features using Crocoblock: JetEngine for custom post types and dynamic content. JetSmartFilters for therapist search and filtering. Profile Builder for role-based dashboards and access control. Integrated WooCommerce for paid services and session management.
