A few years ago I worked with a homeowner who thought going solar meant just buying panels and plugging them. The installer used a copy-paste layout. Within weeks the system failed inspection and underperformed. That wasn’t a first case I’ve seen it happen again and again.

I am not the easiest person to work with (I'm an engineer, so maybe a bit more exigent than your normal customer) but i really enjoyed interacting with Fatima, the level of involvement / efforts to respond to my questions / requests.
