Spearheaded the end-to-end research, mechanical design, simulation, and physical fabrication of advanced robotic systems. Specialized in translating complex kinematic requirements into functional, manufacturing-ready hardware and robust control software. Key Achievements & Responsibilities: Custom Robotic Manipulators: Designed, simulated, and fabricated a modular 7-DOF robotic arm (CRCRCRC joint configuration) from scratch. Managed the entire pipeline from advanced 3D modeling and DFM in SolidWorks to physical assembly. Advanced End-Effectors: Engineered and prototyped a 3-finger adaptive soft gripper utilizing the Fin Ray effect, incorporating a custom symmetric gear assembly for synchronized and precise actuation. Digital Twins & Simulation: Developed highly accurate digital twins and control system simulations using MATLAB, Simulink, and CoppeliaSim to validate kinematics, dynamics, and trajectory planning prior to real-world deployment. Hardware & Comm Integration: Implemented real-time hardware control by programming CAN bus communication protocols in Python to drive smart bus servo motors (e.g., Feetech). Embedded Systems: Designed control architectures bridging microcontrollers (Raspberry Pi, ESP32, Arduino) with actuators and sensors to achieve seamless multi-axis robotic automation.
