Good experience. There was an initial mix-up in what I thought I ordered (trifold) and what I actually did (bifold). I saw the same thing in a prior review and was really careful to order correctly - so I believe the description wording in the different packages could maybe use a rewrite but otherwise... My cost was increased when I accidentally selected bi fold instead of try fold, and my cost was increased I THNK UNFAIRLY, as I had already spent some of the Money I had to continue as would have received nothing usable.

Talent is here, the project Was completed successfully. The only problems were the amount of time/revisions to complete. That was pretty important to me so I had to say something about it. Other than timeliness the team was great to work with. good communication skills, patient, respectful, knowledgeable, upfront. overall good designers.

Final product was exactly what we were looking for. a little bit of time delay due to location, but to be expected. We would use again for sure. Thank you.

There was also a lack of attention to detail, including issues around typography and the overall interpretation of the brief.
