I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The work delivered was inaccurate, incomplete, and unacceptable. In addition, your communication was rude, threatening, and unprofessional. This experience fell well below any reasonable standard of customer service. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and professionally.
