Who am I?

I am a dedicated and compassionate Executive Function Coach who specializes in working with autistic and ADHD adults who are struggling with executive function. I understand the unique struggles and strengths that come with neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, and AuDHD) and will work with you to develop solutions to navigate executive functioning. I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology and have a wealth of practical experience, including:

• Virtual Assistant for a Mental Health Practice in North Carolina, USA
• Social Media Marketer for a Mental Health Practice in Texas, USA
