Yes, there's a gig extra for that. We use our own developer account. The publishing of the gig is subject to review. We do not undertake responsibility for approval. The extension will be live on the webstore after the review process. https://developer.chrome.com/docs/webstore/review-process
Do you also design the extension's pages?
Yes, please check out the gig extra. Subject to change based on complexity. Price suggested is for a single page.
I need to restrict access to Chrome features and browsing. Will extension work for me?
Technically yes, but one can always uninstall the extension. Access management is best taken in OS policies.
How high can the cost go?
It really depends on the features. We do not have an upper limit.
