Sono Alyssa, una Coach di chiarezza con 12 anni di esperienza nel coaching e oltre 5.000 ore di lavoro one-to-one. Aiuto a migliorare le funzioni esecutive, cambiare schemi mentali dannosi e andare avanti con sicurezza. Mi specializzo nel supportare adulti con ADHD e neurodivergenti attraverso un coaching informato sul trauma, senza giudizio, che combina lavoro sul mindset, strumenti pratici e responsabilità di supporto.
Oltre al coaching, ricopro ruoli di leadership nel settore sanitario e mi concentro su strategie orientate alle soluzioni. I miei clienti non solo ottengono insight, ma escono con priorità chiare, strumenti e sistemi personalizzati e una nuova prospettiva che sostituisce l'auto-colpevolizzazione con chiarezza e fiducia in se stessi.
