Does the Gig price include the product cost?
No, it doesn't. The Gig price is only my service fee. The product cost, shipping fee, and sample fee are paid separately through the Custom Offer. Each payment will be confirmed in advance by you.
How is the international shipping cost calculated?
It is calculated based on the weight, volume of the product and your destination country. I will provide you with 2-3 quotations from different logistics channels for you to choose from. The customs duties are your responsibility.
What is the minimum order quantity?
I can negotiate with the supplier on your behalf to start with a small batch. Many suppliers will relax the minimum order requirement for buyers who show a willingness to have a long-term partnership.
How should the samples be handled?
For the Standard and Premium levels, sample coordination is included. I will place the order for you, and the supplier will send them to my address. I will take real photos/videos to confirm or the supplier sent you . The sample fee and domestic shipping cost will be borne by you
