Honestly, the illustration and animation that was delivered wasn't what I was expecting at all but it wasn't very expensive so I guess you get what you pay for. I'm not sure what else to say other than I wouldn't hire this animator again.

They were able to redo the animation when it was not up to par and followed instructions exactly. Same for adjustments; they were needed at the last second, but there was no issue with implementing them; the cost was good too. Overall, would use again!
