Professional Experience Over the course of 5 years of academic experince and 2.5 years my professional practice, I have examined more than 200 disputed signatures, handwriting specimens, and fingerprints in matters involving suspected forgery and document authenticity disputes. Many clients have approached me before initiating legal proceedings when they required an independent forensic opinion on questioned documents. My examinations have been relied upon by clients, legal professionals, and in matters that proceeded before Sessions Courts, District Courts, and High Courts in India. In several cases, the forensic findings were used to assist legal counsel in understanding the authenticity of signatures and handwriting before moving forward with legal action. The documents I have analyzed commonly included contracts and business agreements, property and real estate documents, wills and inheritance papers, loan agreements, bank cheques, affidavits, and other legal or financial records where the authenticity of a signature was disputed. I have also examined handwriting in cases involving anonymous letters, threatening letters, and suspected suicide notes, where determining authorship or authenticity became an important concern.
