I run the unglamorous half of small businesses: the website, the automations, the reporting, the ad account, the compliance paperwork. Usually those are four suppliers who blame each other. Here it is one person who answers the phone.
Based in Dublin, currently working with Irish and UK SMEs, but have worked with companies globally. Typical work but not limited to: wiring a booking form so enquiries actually reach someone, making an ad account report what it earned rather than what it spent, or getting a site through GDPR and the EU AI Act without a consultant's deck.

I also have experience in technical SEO monitoring, SEO auditing and improvement, website SEO optimisation, interactive web design, data reporting and analytics. This allows me to look beyond individual tools and understand how a company’s wider digital infrastructure can be improved. My approach is centred around identifying inefficiencies, understanding the underlying business problem and then building a practical technology solution around it.
