FAQ
How do the testers join my closed test?
Once you provide your Google Play Console opt-in link (web or Android), our testers will join your test group, download the app directly from the Play Store, and opt in to test.
Are the testers using real Android devices or emulators?
Every tester uses a physical, genuine Android device linked to an active Google account. We do not use bots, emulators, or virtual machines.
Will the testers keep the app installed for the full 14 days?
Yes. All testers will keep the app installed and remain opted in throughout the mandatory testing window to prevent your Google Play Console timer from resetting.
Do I need to provide promotional codes if my app is paid?
Yes. If your app is paid or requires an in-app subscription to access key features, you must provide promo codes so testers can download and test the app without payment.
Will I receive user feedback and bug reports?
Yes. Testers will actively open and explore the app, providing actionable feedback regarding UI/UX, bugs, performance, and usability to help you answer Google's production questionnaire.
