- Liaised and Asked for discounts with Existing and New Suppliers as per approval / instruction by Head Of Department and agreeable by the site workers or other workers such as clerk/administrative at site office too for the request of the suitability of the materials and other items as well. - Issued Purchase Orders and (Issued Purchase Requisitions-If site workers or other workers not free) to issue in the Webmax Software. Some of the items the Site workers will issued Purchase Requisitions. - Ensure each Items' descriptions, Items' size, Quantities and Amounts are accurate by matching correct Suppliers' Invoices, Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders with the Purchase Requisitions Paper works. Those site workers have issued Goods Received in Webmax by Delivery Orders on hand with their signature when have received the items and sent back to office. Supplier Invoices and Credit Notes (if any) will be chased by me from the suppliers before compiling all to pass to accounts department for keying into the accounting system. - Accrual Report will be completely prepare on the cut off time on 5th every month but sometimes will be late for closing for Purchasing Department by 8th due to within the month itself which the invoices dated on that month arrive after the cut off time. - Diesel Summary and Quantities Usage in Litres Report for all sites (if have any) be prepare after the accrual report date and emailed to the Head of Project department. - I was in charge in assisting issuance of purchase orders for construction building materials for 2 years plus and then 1 year plus I was re-delegated to be in charge of quarry division and other tasks of replenishments lubricants, button bits, shank adaptor, extension rod, coupling for the site workers' machine usage and stationeries for site workers too.
