I work with businesses to build, organize, and improve CRM systems around their actual sales and client management processes. One of my projects involved building a Pipedrive CRM for a client whose contacts were spread across multiple files and whose follow-up process needed better structure. The client needed a practical system for managing contacts, daily activities, flexible follow-ups, and calendar synchronization.
